- Al Valdes - O HB, #88 - Played with the Stampeders from 1956-1957. He was the Stampeder's leading rusher in 1957, finishing eighth in the West.
- Art Froese - FB, LB, #16 - Played from 1967 to 1968 with the Calgary Stampeders.
- Barrie Cyr - HB, #24 - Played with the Stampeders from 1958-61.
- Basil Bark - C, #45 – Played with the Stampeders from 1970-1977 a two-time Eastern All-Star in 1968 and 1969 as well as a two-time Western All-Star in 1971 and 1973, he is a member of the 1971 Grey Cup Champions.
- Bernie Morrison - LB, #72 – Played with the Stampeders from 1978-1988 and is a three-time team nominee for Outstanding Canadian, he is also a two-time President's ring award winner, in 1985 and '87.

- Bruce Covernton - OL, #60 – Played with the Stampeders from 1992 - 1998 and is a member of the 1992 and 1998 Grey Cup Championship teams. Covernton won the CFL All-Star in 1993, the CFL West All-Star in 1993 and 1994, the Jackie Parker Trophy in 1982 and is a State College Football Hall of Famer.
- Butch Caston - RB, #26 - Played with the Stampeders for their 1989 season.
- Dan Disley - WR, #8 – Played with the Stampeders from 1999-2001 and was a member of the 2001 Grey Cup Team.
- Dan Wicklum - LB, #35 - Played with the Stampeders from 1989-1991. The Calgary Stampeders selected him as the first Canadian player in an equalization draft. He then Played three seasons for the Stampeders and named Calgary's special teams Player of the Year twice.
- Dave Dickenson - HC/QB, #15 - Played for the Stampeders from 1997 - 2000 then again in 2008. Dave went on to coach the Stampeders as an RBC in 2009, QC 2010, OC 2011-2015 then HC in 2016 to Present day. Dave has won four Grey Cup champion (1998, 2006, 2008, 2014), CFL Coach of the Year in 2016, CFL All-Star in 2000, CFL West All-Star in 2000 and 2003, the 1995 Walter Payton Award, the 2000 CFL MOP, the 2006 Grey Cup MVP and the 2016 Annis Stukus Trophy.
- Dave Heasman - G #54 – Played with the Stampeders from 2000 - 2003 and is a member of the Stampeders 2001 Grey Cup Championship team. Heasman is currently the Stampeder Alumni Association President.
- Dave Kirzinger - G/T, G, OL, #69 - Played for the Calgary Stampeders from 1978 to 1986.
- Dave Sapunjis - SB, #25 – Played with the Stampeders from 1990-1997. Sapunjis was twice named the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian, was a two-time All-Canadian all-star and a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Champions.
- Demitrious (Pee Wee) Smith - WR, #86 - Played with the Stampeders from 1990-1995 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Championship team.
- Deron Mayo - LB, #42 - Played for the Stampeders from 2012–2018 and was a part of the 2014 Grey Cup Championship Team.
- Don Moulton - DB/P, P/DB, #28 - Played from 1972 to 1975 with the Calgary Stampeders.
- Eddie Davis - DB, #29 – Played with the Stampeders from 1996-2000 and is a member of the 1998 Grey Cup championship team. Davis is a four-time CFL All-star, a five-time CFL West All-star and was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
- George Hanson - OL, #66 – Played for the Stampeders for eight seasons, he is a former Stampeder alumni president and was elected to the Wall of Fame in 1999.
- George Hopkins - EM, - Now in his 47th season, Hopkins had worked 799 regular-season games, 43 playoff contests and 11 Grey Cups with the Red and White through the 2017 campaign. He was added to the Stampeders Wall of Fame in the builders' category in 2014. In 1995, Hopkins was honoured as the recipient of the Art Evans Memorial Award for perseverance, contribution, and dedication to the football club.
- Gordon Stewart - DT, DE, #65 - Played with the Stampeders in 1974.
- Greg Peterson - S, #24 – Played with the Stampeders from 1984 - 1992 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Champions. Peterson won both the CFL All-Start and CFL West All-Star in 1990.
- Herm Harrison - TE, #76 – Played with the Stampeders from 1964 - 1972 and was a member of the 1971 Grey Cup Championship team. Harrison was a three-time CFL All-star, six-time CFL West All-Star and is a member of both the Stampeders' Wall of Fame and the CFL's Hall of Fame. In 1968, he led the CFL with 1,306 yards receiving. In 1969 and 1970, led the Western conference in pass receptions with 68 and 70, respectively, and tied for the lead in 1971 with 70 catches.
- J.T. Hay - K, #2 – Played with the Stampeders from 1979 - 1988. Hays became the 21st player to be added to the Stampeders' Wall of Fame in 2006 and was a CFL Western All-star in 1986.
- Jackie Kellogg - DB, #3 – Played with the Stampeders from 1996 - 1997, 1998 - 200 then again in 2004. Kellogg is a member of the 1998 Grey Cup Championship team and a two-time Western All-star.
- James Furlong - OLB/P, #70 - Played with the Stampeders for 13 years from 1962 to 1974. Furlong was a part of the Stampeders' 1971 Grey Cup championship team.
- Jamie Crysdale - C, #67 – Played with the Stampeders from 1993 - 2005. Crysdale is a member of the 1998 and 2001 Grey Cup Championship teams. Crysdale Played an incredible 210 consecutive games for the Stampeders, was a CFL All-star in 1998 and won the 2004 President's ring award.
- Jason Clemett - LB, #6, Played five seasons with Calgary and is a member of the 1998 Grey Cup Champions.
- Jay McNeil - OG, #50 - Played 13 seasons with the stampeders from 1994 - 2007 playing in four Grey Cups for the Stampeders, winning two (1998 and 2001). McNeil won CFL All-Star in 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007 as well as CFL West All-Star in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
- Jeff Pilon - OT, #64 - Played with the Stampeders from 2001 - 2009. Pilon won a Grey cup with the Stampeders in 2001 and 2008. He was a CFL West All-Star winner in 2005.
- Jesse Branch - HB, #14 - Played with the Stampeders from 1963-1994.
- Jim Bond - T/DE, #60 - Played with the Stampeders from 1971 - 1975 winning the 1971 Grey Cup Championship with the team.
- Jim Silye - DB, #28, 33 - Played with the Stampeders from 1969 to 1975 winning the 1971 Grey Cup Championship with the team. Silye holds the CFL single-season record for punt returns in a season.
- John Bender - OL, # - Played with the Stampeders in the 2011 season.
- John Forzani - Owner/OG, #54, Played with the Stampeders from 1971 - 1976 and is a member of the 1971 Grey Cup Championship team. Forzani was a co-owner of the Calgary Stampeders from 2005 - 2012.
- John Helton - DT, #93 - Played with the Stampeders from 1969 to 1978. Helton was a CFL-All Star 10 times in 14 years of play at defensive tackle and won a Grey Cup with the Stampeders in 1971. Helton was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1986. He was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 1993. In November 2006, Helton was voted one of the CFL's Top 50 players (#12) of the league's modern era by Canadian sports network The Sports Network/TSN, no defensive lineman being ahead of him.
- John Palazeti - FB, #31 – Played with the Stamps from 1977 to ‘81 and again in '83 and was the team's nominee for Outstanding Canadian in 1978.
- Ken Moore - OT, #64 - Played with the Stampeders from 1983-84 then again in 1991-1994.
- Kent Warnock - DL, #93 - Played with the Stampeders from 1987 to 1992 winning the Grey cup Championship with the team in 1992. Warnock won the CFL All- Star and CFL West All-Star in 1990.
- Kerry Berryman - OL #41. Played two years for the Stamps 1984-85.
- Larry Robinson - K, DB - #15 – Played with the Stampeders from 1961 - 1975 and is a member of the 1971 Grey Cup Championship team. Robinson is a three-time CFL West All-star, recipient of the 1961 Dr. Beattie Martin Trophy and was inducted into the CFL Hall of Fame in 1998.
- Marc Dube - LB, #39 - Played with the Stampeders in 1992 and 1993. Dube is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup championship team.

- Mark Singer - LB, #44 - Played with the Stampeders from 1990 - 1992. Singer is a member of the 1992 Grey cup championship team.

- Marvin Pope - LB, #91 - Played with the Stampeders from 1992 to 1997 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Championship Team.
- Matt Finlay - LB, #37 – Played nine seasons for the Stampeders from 1987-1995 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Champions. Finaly won the CFL East All-star in 1992.
- Mervin (Merv) Walker - DB #26 - Played with the Stampeders from 1979-1982 and was the CFL Western All-star in 1981.
- Mike McTague - WR, P/K, #9 - Played with the Stampeders from 1979 to 1984. McTague won the CFL Eastern All-star in 1985.
- Mike Siroishka - SB, #9- Played with the Stampeders in 1998.
- Pat Clayton Trainer - 1983 - 2012, Clayton was with the Stampeders for 29 seasons as the Director of Medical Services. Clayton is the recipient of the Alberta Centennial Award recipient (2006) and is an inductee in the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association Hall of Fame (2009).

- Rick Galbos - RB, #21 - Played with the Stampeders from 1973 to 1977.
- Rocco Romano - OL, #59 – Played with the Stampeders from 1992 - 2000 and is a of the 1992 and1 998 Grey Cup Championship Teams. Romano is a five-time CFL Western All-star and a four-time CFL Allstar as well as the winner of the President's ring in 1997. Romanano was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2007.

- Rudy Linterman - RB, #17 - Played with the Stampeders from 1968 to 1977. Linterman is a member of the 1971 Grey Cup championship Team and the winner of the Dr. Beattie Martin Trophy in 1974.

- Srecko Zizakovic - DL, #96 – Played with the Stampeders for 5 seasons from 1991 to 1995 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Championship team.
- Stan Kaluznick - HB, #70 – Played with the Stampeders for five seasons from 1950 to 1954. Kaluznick led the team in rushing in 1951.
- Stan Schwartz - Executive – Involved with the Stampeders for over a quarter century as a coach, member of the Stampeders' executive and was elected to the Wall of Fame as a builder in 2004. Over the past six decades, Schwartz has committed his life work to local, provincial, and national sports communities as an athlete, coach, sports administrator, and sports builder and is a major figure in Alberta organized sports.
- Stu Laird - DL - #75 – Played with the Stampeders from 1984 - 1996. Laird won the 1985 Stampeder Special Teams Player of the Year, 1988 and 1991 CFLPA Outstanding Defensive Line, 1991 - Tom Pate Memorial Award, 1992 Grey Cup Champion, 1995 CFL West All-Star and retired with the most QB sacks by a Canadian born player in CFL history. His number 75 jersey was retired in 1996. Laird ranks 2nd on the Stamps all-time sack list and was inducted onto the Stampeders Wall of fame in September 2014. Laird was also recognized by the Stampeders in 1988, 1992 and again in 1995 when Stu became the recipient of their prestigious President's Ring, one of only two players to win the Ring three times. In 2005, Laird was a recipient of the Alberta Centennial Medal. The medal celebrates Alberta's first 100 years by paying tribute to Albertans whose achievements have benefited their fellow citizens, their community, and their province.
- Ezzrett "Sugarfoot" Anderson - DL/TE, #00 – Played with the Stampeders from 1949 to 1953. Anderson was a two-time Western All-star and is a member of the Stampeders' Wall of Fame.
- Terry Irvin - DB, #28 - Played with the Stampeders from 1977 to 1983 then again in 1985. Irvin won the CFL Eastern All-star in 1986 and is a three-time Western All-star.
- Tony Martino - P, #11 - Played with the Stampeders from 1992 to 2000. Martino is a member of the 1992 and 1998 Grey Cup Championship teams. He also was a CFL All-star in 1998 and a five-time CFL Western All-star.
- Travis Arnold - OL, #58 - Played with the Stampeders in 2004.
- Vince Danielsen - SB, #88 – Played with the Stampeders from 1994 to 2001. Danielsen is a two-time Western all-star, he was the West nominee for Most Outstanding Canadian in 1998 and won two Grey Cups with Calgary, in 1998 and 2001.
- Wayne Harris - LB - #55 – Played with the Stampeders from 1961 to 1972 and is considered the greatest player in club history. Harris is a member of the CFL's Hall of Fame, a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, the Stampeders' Wall of Fame, is a member of the 1971 Grey Cup Championship team, an eight-time CFL All-Star, a 11-time Western All-star, a four-time winner of the CFL's top Defensive Player and was selected the top defensive player in CFL history in their top 50 player poll. In 2012 in honour of the 100th Grey Cup, Canada Post used his image on a series of commemorative postage stamps. The image was also used on presentation posters and other materials to promote the Grey Cup game and other celebrations associated with the centennial.
- Will Johnson - DE, #81 – Played for the Stampeders from 1989 to 1996 and is a member of the 1992 Grey Cup Championship team, is the Stamps' all-time leader in Qb sacks with 99, a four-time CFL Western All-star, a five-time CFL All-star and a member of the Stamps' Wall of Fame.
